How it works

A customer posts a real event
They answer the questions you actually need to price it — access, serving window, headcount, budget.

We pick the trucks that fit
Matched on the area you told us you serve, your headcount range, your minimum booking and the food you make. Not on where your commissary happens to be.

You send your offer
Price the job the way you normally would. The customer sees a short list of hand-picked trucks, not an auction.

They book, we pay you
If they choose you, they pay grubsy. You work the event, and we pay you out once it's complete and no problems are reported.

Your listing is built from the Florida DBPR public license register — that’s where the 2,757 trucks and carts on this site come from, and it’s why we have a phone number for most of them. We don’t treat a public record as permission to text you. Gigs only go to operators who signed up for them, email first, and SMS only if you separately tick the box.
